With the new Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes Oven, pizza perfection is finally within reach. Whether you prefer the fragrant Neapolitan pizza, the thin and crispy Roman style, or a soft pan pizza, this oven lets you make them all at home in just two minutes. Sounds like a dream? Today, it's a reality thanks to an appliance that combines contemporary design with outstanding performance.
G3 Ferrari has decided to expand its line of pizza ovens by introducing an innovative appliance that offers a unique combination of high temperature (up to 430°C) and a refractory stone, ensuring exceptionally fast and even cooking.
The secret to pizza baked in a wood-fired oven? It’s not just the intense heat, but also the temperature difference between the base and the top. With the two 850W heating elements of the Pronto Pizza, which can be operated separately, you can achieve a perfectly crispy base and a well-cooked top, just like in a wood-fired oven.
Fully electric, the Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes Oven is designed to offer maximum safety. Thanks to its forced ventilation cooling system and triple-insulated window door, the outer walls stay cool even when the internal temperature reaches its peak. This way, you can cook with peace of mind, without worrying about accidental burns.
If G3 Ferrari’s pizza ovens were already a benchmark, the Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes takes versatility to the next level. With its digital display and eight preset programs, you can cook not only every type of pizza—from the classic Neapolitan to the crispy Roman, and even frozen or pan pizzas—but also steaks, tarts, and many other delicious recipes. And with the memory function, you can save your favorite settings and repeat them with just one touch.
Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes comes complete with everything you need to cook like a professional pizzaiolo. In addition to the removable refractory stone, perfect for giving your pizza that unique wood-fired oven flavor, it also includes a grill and an enameled pan for cooking meat, cakes, and pan pizzas. The set wouldn't be complete without the practical stainless steel pizza cutter wheel for perfectly portioning your pizza, and the large aluminum peel that lets you slide pizzas into the oven like a true pizzaiolo. To top it all off, the exclusive recipe book by Neapolitan chef Valerio La Rosa will guide you through all the culinary possibilities offered by the Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes.
With this recipe book, you’ll discover that Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes is much more than just an oven: it’s an incredibly versatile appliance, ready to bring your culinary creativity to life.
Here’s a little taste of what you can do with Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes, straight from Chef La Rosa’s recipe book!
Pillow focaccia is a cloud of softness that melts in your mouth with the first bite. Its brioche-like texture, light and fluffy like a quilt—reminiscent of its square pattern—makes it irresistible. Tear off one square at a time and enjoy its full fragrance.
To make it, you’ll need:
Ingredients for the filling:
Grill and tray of your Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes oven
And now, let’s prepare it together:
Dissolve the yeast in milk and sugar, then pour it over the flour and start kneading.
Break the egg, beat it with a fork, and add it to the dough.
Add vegetable oil and salt, and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1.5 hours in the oven with the light on but the heat off.
After the dough has risen, divide it into two parts.
With your hands, stretch each part into rectangles on oiled parchment paper, and place the first one on the tray.
Fill the dough with cooked ham and mozzarella.
Take the other piece of dough, place it on top, and seal the edges well.
Using a smooth-bladed knife, make cuts to create squares that are not too small.
Insert the Edam cheese into the cuts to create the pillow effect.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another half an hour.
Brush the surface with the egg.
Prepare the Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes oven by removing the stone and placing the grill inside.
Preheat to 200°C.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
If homemade Neapolitan pizza has stolen your heart, you’re now ready to enjoy another irresistible specialty of Neapolitan cuisine. A street food made from pizza dough that you can fill as you like, panuozzo is the ultimate Neapolitan sandwich.

Prepare the panuozzi like this:
Place the flour in a stand mixer and add 3g of dry or fresh yeast.
Mix with the dough hook at speed 2-3 while slowly adding the cold water.
When the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl, add the salt and continue kneading for five minutes.
Transfer the dough to your work surface and cover it with a bowl for about an hour.
At this point, fold the dough and finish by shaping it into a smooth ball.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 24 hours.
Shape the dough into 200g portions and let them rise for 3 to 4 hours, or until they have doubled in size.
Prepare the Pronto Pizza 2 Minutes oven by placing the refractory stone inside, preheat to 300°C, and bake the dough balls for 5 minutes.
Now you just need to fill them as you like. You can choose your fillings according to your taste, and the more ingredients you add…the better!
