Induction cooking works through a magnetic field that interacts with the pot’s base, heating it. This technology gives significant benefits in terms of ecology and economy: the energy is directly transferred to the pot, reducing heat losses and decreasing cooking time.
Energiko power can be set with a convenient digital slider from 200 to 2000W, the large cooking area is ideal for pots from 12 to 26 cm and the glass surface is very easy to clean.
Energiko is equipped with an anti-overheat system and automatic shutdown in case of wrong, empty or absent pan.
