Lavica Black features two large removable wavy stone-plates, which are non-stick and very easy to clean, integrated drip oil tray to drain fat to ensure a healthy and natural cooking and an adjustable thermostat for convenience.
The unit can be set in 3 positions, completely open for grilling vegetables and fish, half-open as a standard contact grill and fully closed, which is the ideal solution for grill sandwiches and burgers to perfection.
